JUST LIKE ANY OTHER EXPERT THAT A FAMILY LAW ATTORNEY RELIES ON, A CDRE IS THE EXPERT FOR THE REAL PROPERTY MATTERS IN THE CASE.
As an established Realtor in the Conejo and West San Fernando Valley, I was selected to attend the Divorce Real Estate Expert program at the Divorce Real Estate Institute (”DREI”) in Southern California, the most intense divorce real estate training available to realtors. As such, I have completed a total of 50 hours of Divorce Real Estate education and curriculum taught by the DREI faculty, and an additional 12-week online learning lab.
Unlike other issues that must be dealt with, such as custody and financial divisions, until now, there has been no true “expert” that the family law ommunity can rely upon like they can psychological, forensic accounting, and other related experts.
As a CDRE, I am equipped to provide my real estate expertise to you and your firm - as a complimentary service, including education about real estate matters that affect family law cases and providing tools to you, such as property profiles, deeds and market values. I am also trained as an expert neutral who can handle the sale of real property in family law cases as an unbiased third-party expert.
